RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept all returns for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order. You must return your purchase with its original packing invoice and clearly state the reason for your return. You will be credited your original purchase cost less shipping.

If you want to exchange a product purchased for a different size, please ship the order back to RUFFSHIRT.COM and we will exchange the size and pay to ship your order back to you. If you want to exchange a product purchased for a different design, please ship the order back to us and we will exchange your order for the new product and either charge or credit your credit card the difference.

SHIPPING

Domestic

We use the USPS (Post Office) for shipping our products to you. Once you order a product from us and are prompted to enter in your shipping information your actual shipping cost will automatically be calculated based on the ship to address. Given we mainly "Print on Demand" as orders come in - we only offer First Class / Parcal Post for shipping & some orders can take 7 to 10 business days to fill. If your order is urgent - please email info@ruffshirt.com for expedited shipping options & if they are available. 

International

We normally ship via USPS for all international orders - and our shipping calculator will give you an accurate cost based on weight and destination. Expedited shipping is not available on international orders. (Tracking numbers are also not available) 

We mark the shipment as a gift from us, to you without any company labeling on the outside. This means you should not be charged duty and taxes that can cost as much as the items sometimes.
